CAREER MATCHING WIZARD – Functionality that enables the user to match his/her qualifications, experience and interest areas to individual jobs and/or industries.

CAREER PLANNING WIZARD – This functionality enables the user to plan their long-term career.

CV LIBRARY – Allows the users of the site to load and save their CV to their profile.

CV BROADCASTING SERVICE – Enable the user to send their resume to a number of agencies relevant to the members’ desired and/or actual location and industry. Agencies could opt-in to the service.

CONTRACTOR PRICE CALCULATOR – An interactive guide (and calculator) that enables the user to put a cost next to the skill-set required. By adding the number of contractors.

SALARY SURVEY BROWSER – This functionality enables subscribers to browse data from the latest salary survey and compare with previous surveys. As the portals age, the importance of this grows. Functionality based around prognosticating the future salary of roles could also be included. In order to achieve this you would need two years data, plus whatever the local inflation rate is.
